In 2020, the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) produced this document about the increasing threat climate change poses to the African continent.

The article discusses the consequences of rising temperatures and sea levels for agriculture. It also talks about food insecurity and how increasingly frequent extreme weather events will impact the way that families eat. The resource also addresses other important aspects of climate change, including economic and health impacts, as well as the impact of COVID-19 on the environment.
