RNTC, a centre for media, development and education based in the Netherlands, is offering two courses which broadcasters might find interesting. Deadline for both courses is September 15, 2011. Some fellowships to cover costs are available. Click on the relevant link below for more details.
Broadcast Management. The course will focus on the knowledge, skills and attitudes needed by managers in broadcast journalism and programming. This includes attention to leadership and management styles best suited to working with journalistic and creative programme staff.

Training the Trainers. The course will focus on the knowledge, skills and attitudes a trainer needs to organise, design and develop effective and efficient training solutions for their organisation, focusing on the broadcasting sector.
