Mid-career business journalists who are based in sub-Saharan Africa are invited to apply for the Wincott Journalist Fellowship. The Fellowship takes place at the Reuters Institute in Oxford, England. The program lasts for one semester and starts in April 2019. Journalists will build on their financial reporting skills, and undertake a research project related to the field of business.
Applicants will be assessed on their professional achievements, interest in participating in an international program, and their research proposal.
Successful applicants will have a minimum of five years’ journalistic experience and a publishable level of English.
