In this year’s bilingual event, we are excited to announce and honour the 2022 winners of the George Atkins Communications Award and the Liz Hughes Award for Her Farm Radio.
We’ll also host a conversation between one of the George Atkins Award winners and longtime Canadian broadcaster Lloyd Robertson. Learn about the challenges faced by broadcasters and what it means to be a good farm radio journalist.
Additionally, listen to a dialogue with the winner of the Liz Hughes Award. Find out what radio means for women, and what radio broadcasters are doing to promote gender equality in their country.
