This week’s script is part of our most recent script package. The story looks at how malaria can affect a pregnant woman, and how it can be prevented. Malaria is still one of the most common diseases in Africa, and a major killer. Pregnant women are four times more likely to get sick and twice as likely to die from malaria.
The script focuses on a Zambian woman and her experiences with malaria during pregnancy. It provides a lot of general information about malaria and how to prevent it.
