A farmer suffocates stem borers to death and saves his cocoa farm

    In one of our news stories this week, we heard about a vaccine for a common tick-borne livestock disease. Pests and diseases are problems every farmer faces. This script tells how one farmer in Ghana managed to stop stem borers from destroying his cocoa plants. With help from a fellow farmer and an extension worker, he developed a new and innovative method for controlling these common pests.
