New scripts on water and potatoes now on-line

Farm Radio International’s latest script package (Package 86) emphasized ways in which water and sanitation systems, combined with hygiene education, can improve quality of life. It includes eight “success stories” from rural African communities that have taken action on water and sanitation, and a series of radio spots on how to prevent diarrhea.

This package also paid tribute to the potato, with a mini trivia-show drama that recounts some important potato facts, and two scripts on growing and using nutritious sweet potatoes.

All of the scripts from Package 86 can now be found on-line at: http://www.farmradio.org/english/radio-scripts [1].
