The UN Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) has prepared a primer for community radio operators. The guide “How to do community radio” is designed for the beginner. It includes sections on the concept and practice of community radio, equipment and technical operations, code of conduct and ethics, financial management, and radio programming.
