This training guide for community radio stations provides guidance on different aspects of management and operations, and aims to build the capacity of independent rural radio stations in Africa. Search for Common Ground has created a series of 10 modules that explores administrative management, resource generation, financial tools, marketing strategies and guidelines for programming. It is based on experience training dozens of community radio stations in Burundi, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Liberia, and Sierra Leone.
The first module is now ready, and others will become available over the coming months. This module focuses on administrative management and good governance of community radio stations.
