This week, our Farmer stories are about young people in Kenya, Niger, and Zimbabwe who struggle with the decision to leave home—or to return home to the family farm.

If you are looking for other stories about young people’s experiences with farming, check out Agribusiness TV, a website that offers short videos about youth succeeding in agribusiness. The site’s goal is “to (re)valorise agriculture and make the sector more attractive to youth by showcasing success stories of young agricultural entrepreneurs and their innovations in Africa.

For example, this video is about a youth group in Kenya that sells fresh and dried mushrooms to raise money for post-secondary school fees: http://agribusinesstv.info/en/creating-youth-opportunities-through-mushrooms
