The Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Cooperation EU-ACP (CTA) is organizing three Web 2.0 learning opportunities in the near future. Participants will be introduced to selected Web 2.0 applications (also known as social media) and learn how to use them through hands-on instruction. The five-day events are currently planned for Tanzania and Rwanda. Participation is free of charge, but subject to acceptance by the organizers. Participants will cover some of their own costs. Applicants must be computer literate, competent in English, have an email account, and be a resident of the country hosting the event.
