WRENmedia is seeking eight journalists to participate in a “Better Science Reporting” training course to be held in Kumasi, Ghana, with a focus on agroforestry. The course will be sponsored by the British Department for International Development (DFID).

FRW previously reported that anglophone journalists from Ghana, Nigeria, Cameroon, and The Gambia could apply for this course. We have since received new information that anglophone journalists from any West African country are welcome to apply.

Working radio or print journalists with an interest and opportunity to report on science and agriculture may apply. Those interested should e-mail Mike Davison at m.davison@wrenmedia.co.uk for further details. Applicants will be requested to send samples of their work.
