The Africa-China Reporting Project at Wits Journalism is offering a reporting grant to explore issues related to digital identification, data privacy, and technology in Africa. This opportunity is offered in partnership with Omidyar Network.
Journalists will receive a grant of up to $1,000 US and the opportunity to participate in the Digital Identity Training Workshop and the Civic Tech Innovation Forum in Johannesburg in October 2019.
