The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) in partnership with the World Health Organization (WHO) has organized Remote Radio Week from November 1-5, 2021.

The program aims to build the capacity of local radio stations to produce accurate and professional radio content in the event of containment measures and emergencies, including financial difficulties. It will also discuss the COVID-19 pandemic.

The training is for radio professionals worldwide, with a particular attention to the needs of local radio stations.

There is a different theme for each day of the program, including Audio Everywhere, Cloud Radio and Remote Contribution. Look for FRI staff on the following panels:

All events will be available in English, French, Spanish, and Arabic.
