The Knight Center for Journalism in the Americas is now offering registration for a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) on digital investigations.
The free course is entitled Digital investigations for journalists: How to follow the digital trail of people and entities. It will be offered for four weeks, from October 5, 2020 until November 1, 2020.
The course is divided into four modules and covers the basic techniques of
- analyzing the contents of websites,
- verifying the authenticity of images and videos,
- monitoring, investigating, and searching social media platforms, and more.
The course will be offered in English only. It is open to all journalists.
