Grants for science journalism

The World Federation of Science Journalism (WFSJ) is offering grants up to $20, 000 US for story project proposals that strengthen science journalism. The goal of the grant program is to expand the boundaries of science journalism.

Applicants must be a member of one of the WFSJ’s member associations. Special consideration will be given to projects that can strengthen the cooperation between science journalist communities in different countries and  projects that can be successfully replicated by others.

Proposals must be made in English, but projects can be conducted and presented in other languages.

The deadline for submission is Oct. 30, 2021.
